Reviewing all conversations from Slack

Reviewing all the conversations with your leads and customers from Slack:

1. Go to your Slack platform.

2. Use the search box located at the upper-right-hand-corner of the page to directly search for the name, email address, conversation keyword, or channel name of the customer/lead. 

3. Click on “Jump” to see the entire conversation history with the lead or the customer.
