Cancel account / subscription

If you are a paying customer who wants to unsubscribe from Slaask, it is very simple. Just tell us via live chat that you want to cancel your subscription.

(If you are on free trial and want to remove Slaask from Slack, read our "removing Slaask from Slack" documentation.)

Once we receive your cancellation live message, we will process your request as soon as possible and will confirm the cancellation of your subscription via email to your Slaask Admin.

Although seeing you leave would make us sad, feel free to chat with us anytime to share your concerns. We always pay close attention to your feedback, as our product is being built on it.
