With Slaask, you can create 3 different types of surveys:
Surveys can be created on the Survey page: you can find this page in the left-hand side menu, under Auto-messages.
These are "closed-type" questions. Contacts must answer with a simple Yes or No. Example: "Has this chat session been useful to you?"
These are "open-type" questions. Contacts must answer by typing out text. Example: "Do you have any comments about this live chat session?"
These are "rating-type" questions. Contacts must answer with 1 to 6 stars. 6 being the highest rating.
After creating your surveys on the dedicated page, you can continue to have normal conversations with your contacts. When you close the conversation, a first survey will be sent automatically to your contact. Surveys are pushed one by one to your contact. This means that if they answer your first survey, the second will be sent, and so on. However, if they do not answer your first survey, they will not receive the second one, and so on. You can also define the order in which your surveys are pushed to your contacts, by editing the "order" field of your surveys.
