The Home screen appears automatically when you open your chatbox. It serves as a home page, to welcome your contacts and make them feel welcome!
To configure your Home screen according to your needs, simply go to the dedicated page, from your left menu: Customize > Home screen. You can personalize your Home screen with what we call cards.
Thanks to the cards, all communication with your customers is facilitated and centralized. They will now be able to message your team, search for documentation articles, book meetings with just a few clicks, or call you directly from the chat box! 🚀
With the team inbox card, your contacts can retrieve all their current and past conversations. In addition, thanks to this card, they can, at any time, engage in new live or delayed conversations with your team!
Your Knowledge Base is made of articles providing answers to questions frequently asked by your prospects and customers. By using this card, you allow your contacts to perform a live search in your knowledge base, and find answers quickly and independently, via the chatbox.

This card allows your contacts to schedule an appointment with you directly from your Home screen. Fill in your availability in the tool and it will do the rest, while taking into account your agenda and existing events.

This card allows your contacts to subscribe to your newsletter in less than two seconds! New email addresses harvested from Slaask will automatically be added to the Contacts page.
Give your customers the opportunity to contact you via the chatbox, or directly by phone using the Phone card!
These 5 cards are of course customizable, to allow you to adapt them as much as possible to your identity! To personalize them, it's very simple, just click on the small wrench on the map! 🔧

To the left of your screen, you can find a preview of your Home screen, as it appears to your contacts depending on the cards you have activated. It allows you to preview your home screen before saving your preferences and sharing it to the world! 👀
You have the option to preview the home screen as it will appear based on the status of your contacts. Whether it's a known contact, a prospect or a more global display. To do this, simply select the preview settings from the drop-down menu:
Managing texts on your home screen just got easier! You can access it directly from the texts tab!
From this tab, a window opens and allows you to view the list of your texts (by default, custom texts, etc.) and their translations.
