There are two categories of scheduling at Slaask: scheduling for your live chat, and scheduling for each of your team members.
If your company has regular working hours, you can set up your Slaask brand to respect these hours.
Slaask scheduling is especially handy for that. On the scheduling page, you can define when your live chat is On and when your live chat is Off, which will establish when your visitors can have access to you via live chat or not.
After organizing your scheduling page, your live chat will turn on/off automatically based on your working hours.
If you have part-time staff, or team members spread out all over the world, or if you need to cover any other specific case, you can set up scheduling for each of your team members.
You can easily arrange team member schedules so that everyone can better cooperate with each other in order to better serve your leads and customers!
Once your team members' schedules have been defined (and they can define them by themselves), if a team member is outside of their designated schedule range, he or she will not be invited to join new conversations.
You can define a schedule for each brand you have, but you can also define a schedule for each of your team members if you'd like.

Note that if you are an admin, you can set up all team member's schedules. If you are not, you can only manage your own.

To improve your customer experience, we suggest you schedule your brand to switch into offline mode when your team is unavailable, such as on weekends or at lunch time during workdays. By doing so, your leads/customers can still reach you, as a generic message and a simple form will be shown in the chatbox, asking for an email address and a message/request. :)
