I get you, I’m like that too. We guessed there would be more people like that out there. That’s why we’ve added a little extra something

We guessed there would be more people like that out there. That’s why we’ve added a little extra something to the new Knowledge Base feature. You can now reorganize the order of your categories, and your articles, until your heart’s content. I mean, I’m feeling happy already. sunglasses

If you create a category and then decide it doesn’t look as good as it could at the bottom of your public Knowledge Base page, no worries! Just bring it up and have it sitting in top position for all of your contacts to see. 

So, how do you reorder your categories and articles, you ask? Well, simples! stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes

How to reorder categories?

To reorder your categories, all you have to do is click on the Reorder button at the top of the list. This button will then send you into edit mode: you’ll be able to drag and drop your categories into the order you need. 

How to reorder articles?

Same principle as the categories: At the bottom of your article page, you’ll find a Reorder button. Click it and the power of reordering is in your hands. You can drag and drop articles to put the most visited or the most important in front view. :)
