Understanding active team member?

On Slaask, an “active team member” is a member of your Slack team who has been granted access to Slaask.

Slaask active team members are notified whenever a visitor, user, or client sends an a new inquiry from your website.

It should be noted that if the “Automatic chat dispatching” feature has been enabled, active team members are not systematically notified when there is a new inquiry.
